Standard Terms & Conditions for 4-day (PMP)® Boot Camp with 100% Money Back Guarantee (For American, European and Australian participants)

• The 4-day PMP® Boot Camp program offered by Global Teq Training Academy comes with 100% money back guarantee. If you do not clear the PMP® exam in your first attempt, we pay for your re-examination**.
• To ensure 100% success or to be eligible for money back clause, you need to take PMP® exam within a maximum of 30 days from the last day of the classroom training**.
• If you don’t clear the PMP® exam in the 1st attempt, you will be reimbursed for your PMP® re-examination fees. You need to attempt re-exam within 30 days from the result date of the 1st attempt**.
• If you don’t clear the PMP® exam in the 2nd attempt, you will be reimbursed for your PMP® re-examination fees. You need to take up the exam within 30 days from the result date of the 2nd attempt**.
• If, however, you don’t clear the PMP® exam in the 3rd attempt as well (maximum number of attempts permissible by PMI in a year), you will be eligible for the refund of the balance of enrolment fees paid at time of enrolling for the program**.
• You will need to provide your PMP® exam scoreboards in order to get the reimbursement of the course fee**.
• While signing up for the re-examination, please pay the PMP® re-examination fees directly to PMI. We will reimburse the fees subsequently**.

•  The guarantee is valid only if you have paid the enrolment fees in full (Standard Price)
•  The total value of reimbursement provided to you by Global Teq Training Academy will not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount you have paid for the course. The maximum amount reimbursed to you will be limited to the amount that you have paid as part of the Global Teq Training Academy course.

How do I get the reimbursement?

• E-mail scanned copies of your PMP® scorecards of each attempt to finance@global-teq.com along with the PMP® Boot Camp location and date
• We will reimburse the amount payable within 30 days of receipt all documents
• The mode of reimbursement will be the same as the mode you used to make the payment for enrolment (Direct Transfer, Credit Card, or PayPal). For example, if you’ve paid for the course through PayPal, you will receive your reimbursement through PayPal only
• Money back guarantee is applicable only for Global Teq’s 4-day PMP® Boot Camp and not for online PMP® training and 2-day PMP® Speed Prep courses.

When is the Money Back Guarantee void?

• If you don’t take the PMP® examination within 30 days of completion of the classroom training
• If you don’t take the re-exam within 30 days of the result date of the previous attempt
• If you don’t maintain 100% attendance in the 4-day PMP® Boot Camp
• If you don’t go through the e-learning content. 8 hours of online study is required for you to familiarize yourself with the PMP® course
• If you fail to score at least 80% in online PMP® simulation tests provided by Global Teq.com
• If you don’t follow the instructions and complete the exercises given in the 4-day PMP® Boot Camp
• If you don’t submit the required documents to Global Teq
• The amount reimbursed towards the re-examination fee for each attempt will vary based on mode of exam and PMI membership. Please note that the PMP® examination fee for the first attempt will not be reimbursed.

**Participants are required to pass the exam simulation test provided by Global Teq Training Academy with a score of more than 80% to claim re-examination fee.
